Lidersan Ambalaj started its activities at the end of 2015 with the aim of producing textile backsheet, printed vicketer diaper outer bag, bundle film, polybacksheet, elastic backeras, side tape, single wrap etc. as well as the hygiene components for diapers, adult diapers, sanitary napkins and wet wipes manufactured by Lidersan Sağlık.
On a closed area of 25,000 m², the company started its activities in the field of flexible packaging, accompanied by flexographic printing and PE film extrusion. In the following years, we introduced the 5S and TPM lean production processes and became the fourth packaging company in Türkiye to receive the status of a research and development center from the Ministry of Science and Technology. With investments in PE film extrusion processes, the company reached a production capacity of 1500 metric tons per month in 2019.
In 2020, the indoor production area was expanded to 50,000 m² with the rotogravure printing line was put into operation in 2021. As of 2021, it became a fully integrated plant with Evoh / PA / PP structured barrier film, PE film extrusion, flexo printing / rotogravure printing, solvent / solvent-free lamination, cutting, laser perforation, Doypack bags and flat bottom, garment processes.
In addition to high export figures Altunkaya Group of Companies has achieved in parallel with its mission and vision, an innovative understanding that led to the local production of this group of products, many of which used to be supplied from abroad, went a step further in closing the current account deficit.
